About the event
SPINE presents an evening of harsh noise, power electronics, and ambient live performances featuring...
Cremation Lily https://cremationlily.bandcamp.com/.../cremation-lily... Cremation Lily is Zen Zsigo, who creates a unique blend of power electronics, noise, ambient and electronica. The British artist’s eclectic mix of sounds and influences offer a fresh and exploratory take on underground music. Already sold out; the latest release Cremation Lily Smells The Flowers contained an additional cassette of noise textures that YOU can use in almost any way that you'd like. Don't miss this one.
Knifedoutofexistence https://knifedoutofexistence.bandcamp.com/.../i-find... Knifedoutofexistence is Dean Robinson who runs tape label Outsider Art. Knifed's latest release I Find Myself Dwelling On The Sick is 40 minutes of heaving tapework stretched over four long form dirges. Dean Lloyd Robinson works through the precariousness of the present, building a tapestry of saturated tone from the rubble of a year claimed by malady and malaise.
Polexia https://polexia.bandcamp.com/ Polexia are a two-piece experimental noise outfit consisting of Johanna Connolly and Jezebel Halewood Leagas. Combining spoken word with immersive sampling and noise walls, Polexia’s signature sound is both esoteric and unnerving, aiming to disorientate and intrigue listeners. Following the release of the debut EP 'Immolation' on SPINE Records, Polexia's sound has entered new territories, embracing the influences of early industrial pioneers Cabaret Voltaire & Throbbing Gristle.
